What is Beast?

Beast is a youth scratch Junior Gold Qualifying bowling tournament in the southeast with monthly tournaments August through May giving youth bowlers the opportunity to compete for scholarship money as well as potentially earn a spot to the National youth bowling tournament Junior Gold. Beast of the East is open to all sanctioned bowlers18 and under. Beast seeks to create, promote, and foster a safe and impartial competition that celebrates all the great things about youth bowling. Our goal is to bring youth bowlers and their families together in the spirit of competition and camaraderie. While we are based in the southeast (South Carolina) we have reached youth bowlers in 14 states (SC, NC, TN, WV, VA, FL, PA, DE, MD, AL, GA, OH, MI, IN) and even had a bowler at three of our stops from Germany.

Your generous donation is 100% tax-deductible and will directly help us manage the rising costs associated with our tournament operations, which have drastically increased due to inflation. Contributions will specifically target expenses such as awards, office supplies, and travel thus ensuring we can award the maximum number of scholarships to deserving youth bowlers at each of our tournament stops.

Our tournaments are fun entirely by volunteers, meaning every dollar you contribute goes directly back into funding scholarships. We are proud to have awarded over $175,000 in scholarships over the last three seasons, helping young bowlers pursue their dreams.
